The frequency of feeder buses to and from the new Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) stations as well as a lack of signage have frustrated commuters, two weeks after it started its operations. Netizens took to social media to voice out their frustrations at the waiting times for the feeder bus services, with some having to wait more than 30 minutes for the feeder buses to arrive. Twitter user @Chong Lee tweeted: “Why the feeder bus did not come as scheduled? I had to wait more than 30 minutes and I am already late for work” while Facebook user Mikko Chan said: “We have been waiting for more than 20 minutes, they (the buses) should come on time as the MRT is still new.” Many netizens also suggested that there should be more feeder buses servicing residential areas, with at least a frequency of every 30 minutes, as this would alleviate their burden of using other forms of transportati...
