Hi! Hari ini nak cerita pasal makan. My first time tasting time delicious dish was in Mukah, Sarawak. Before that I didn’t even know that the recipe exist. I lived under a tempurung, OK? fine… All these I always eat my PUCUK MANIS (Chinese – Mani Chye) cooked in coconut milk with occasional sweet potatoes or pumpkin. We #villagepeople call it masak lemak pucuk manis lah! But in that nice restaurant in Sarawak, they were serving fusion Malay, Thai, Teochew dishes… It was awesome! I liked this dish instantly! Sedap giler! I called it Sayur Pucuk Manis Goreng Telur.
