Do you think before you speak? Or just blurt out the first thing that comes to mind?

Yeah that tends to happen when you don’t think before you speak. Sometimes we just tend to blurt out what comes to mind without fully thinking it through, and it is only when we have said it that we think “Oh crap! I shouldn’t have said that” or “Oh no! That came out sounding all wrong”.
