Talk Money With Sua: Financial Q&A

Before you do any investment, ask yourself what’s your objective of investment. What’s your investment duration, financial goal and risk appetite. One thing you need to consider is whether you are well verse with shares and have time to do homework. For example, study in detail of companies in terms of their nature of business, profitability, management, growth potential, dividend payout policy etc. If you can do this, then you may choose to buy shares. However, if you were to buy shares on the basis of ‘rumors’ or ‘following friends/ remisier/ analysis’ recommendation alone, then shares may not be a good choice for you.
