Where are these rocks at the Butterworth fishermen's jetty coming from?

Are those rocks at the fishermen’s jetty meant for the ongoing Seri Tanjung Pinang Phase 2 and Gurney Drive land reclamation project? If so, were those rocks obtained from Tanjung Hantu in Lumut and the Batu Maung quarry, as required under the detailed EIA report? And if so, were they transported to the site entirely by barge instead of lorry? Or were these rocks obtained from the Batu Kawan or Juru area or elsewhere and transported by lorry to the fishermen’s jetty before being loaded onto barges? Where are the rocks used in the Tanjung Tokong and Gurney Drive land reclamation coming from? Are they all from Tanjung Hantu and Batu Maung only? Who is checking on that? Whatever the purpose of those rocks at the jetty, have the contractors responsible for storing them there obtained permission for lorries to transport rocks to the fishermen’s jetty and store them there from t...
