AD: Dorsett Regency Hotel KL - fabulous desserts!

Here’s another new cake creation entitled Kek Budaya Dorsett , a masterpiece by Badrol Hisham Mohd Ali, Dorsett Regency Hotel, Kuala Lumpur’s Pastry Chef. This cake is beautifully blended with distinctive Malay, Baba-Nyonya and Western flavours and the unique cake is layered with vanilla sponge, homemade fermented glutinous rice, and royal custard filling.
