Clause 32 Concession Agreement – Selangor water via @wordpressdotcom

The CA remains a secret matter and we can take it at face value that FG approval is required for the takeover. The issue on hand is that whether there is adequate justification and capability on the part of SSG to take over the operations. On the issue of justification, I believe there is enough justification. The biggest justification is the admission of Syabas management that they are facing financial constraints and while the business was under their watch, they are not able to provide adequate water to Selangor and the FT. These admissions can be sighted in many publicly available publications and official statements.
