Hey you! Yes you! Quit making excuses not to exercise!

If you keep making excuses, you’re never going to get started. We know everyone leads busy, hectic lives these days, but everyone can find at least 10 minutes in their day to exercise surely? Or it not during the weekday, do it during the weekend. At least some exercise during the week, even if it is during the weekend, is better than none at all.
